Oven relocation & Oven rebuild service

HiColo oven is capable of handling entire relocation projects from the moving of equipment to erection, debugging, start-up, and sommissioning the equipment into operation. We are also able to perform on-site oven rebuild service or on-site relocation of any brand of industrial oven

Electrostatic powder coating for main equipment area:
1. Spray gun machine (including high voltage generator,spray gun, hopper, barrel,control system)
2. Spray booth
3. Recycling equipment
4. Conveyor system(including chain,track, hanger, and drive motor)
5. Curing oven(including automatic temperature control device and ventilation device)
6. Air compressor (including oil water separation system)

Working processing:

1. Connect the gun wires-- 2. Hang the workpieces, when it go into booth chamber, painting it.-- 3. After painting the workpieces will go to oven chamber to bake 15~30 minutes(180~230 degrees celsius  ).-- 4. Take out the workpieces from oven, natural cooling.-- 5. Finish.
