A) powder spray booth Installation
1 Install the ground should be flat, smooth landing foot machine, ventilator machine feet should be firmly fixed to the ground.
2 spray booth enclosure must be grounded well. Grounding Methods: Ф10 mm round into the ground long 1.5-2m, the gel 10 mm, welding on the terminal, with a 4 mm 2 wire with ground spray booth and the electrostatic generator column connections.

6 Start the exhaust fan button to check the motor rotation is correct.

(A). Boot

2 Turn on electrostatic generator, the spray operation.
3 Continuous spray about half an hour at a pulse cleaning, maintaining good ventilation filter. In the production process should always observe the instructions of the instrument case, abnormal timely adjustments to ensure spray quality. (B). Shutdown
1 Turn off the exhaust fan, cleaning interior plastic powder coating, site preparation, tooling, cleaning.
2 Turn off the power.
