Description of powder spray booth

Powder spray booth is an important part of the powder coating equipment.

Usually in the powder coating line, through the conveyor system with hanger put workpieces into chamber of booth, then start to paint.

The powder can be recycled, 98% can be second use.

Powder spraying booth material: Cold-rolled plates (powder coated surface), stainless steel, galvanizing steel, PP or PVC sheets are available .

Manual type or automatic type, you can choose it according to your working needs.

Or do it by movable type, can 24 hours continous working, improve the production efficiency.

Advantage of the powder spray booth:

1.  Advanced mono cyclone&pulse recovery system close to ITWGema, which change color in 10~15 mins. 

2.  Mono-Cyclone recovery system powder recovering rate 98.9%, solve the problem of powder overflow.

3.  Curing oven achieve the European standard , the temperature inner can control in 5℃.

Process Flow of Powder Coating:

1. Loading→2.Pre-treatment(Spraying Pre-treatment)→3.Electrostatic Powder Coating(Auto spraying/Manual repair)→4.Curing(180℃~220℃/15~20mins)→5.Cooling(naturally)→6.Unloading
